Traveling Grace Ministries provides services to homeless Veterans and their families. Our organization recognizes these brave men and women who served our country, risking life and limb for our freedom, and we are dedicated to helping them get back on their feet.
We provide outreach, advocacy, and support services to homeless Veterans and their families throughout the country. Our team of dedicated volunteers is passionate about helping homeless Veterans and their loved ones find the resources they need to get back on track.

We are honored to offer Veteran Services to homeless Vets in need.
Our Team provides comprehensive assistance to help Vets get off the streets and build a stable and secure life for themselves and their families. We provide a variety of resources to help them find temporary shelter, access mental and physical health care, financial aid, employment, permanent supportive housing and other vital services. We are dedicated to helping those who have served our country in ensuring they receive the services they need.
